Asked
An exhibition master Excel export, a filter across several parties, and a customer order form in the client's own format.
Delivered
Shipped that afternoon and switched on only for that business. A follow-up fix went out within hours.
Asked
An overnight request at 00:20: rework the exhibition master to one row per piece, with a demand count, the buyers who picked it, a karigar column and a "not repeated" filter.
Delivered
Built by 13:35 and live for that client the same day.
Asked
Five requests from the floor of a live trade show: newest-first stock browsing, scan-order transfer vouchers, a kiosk that shows only weights, order remarks forwarded to the karigar's line, and inline scanning on recount slips.
Delivered
All five live on the office, staff and Owners Live Portal apps that afternoon.
Asked
Per-item wastage at intake, a list of seller names stamped on every voucher, and slips laid out the way the client wanted.
Delivered
Shipped over the air.
Asked
A kundan and melavni jama sheet in the client's own A5 layout, karigar filters, and an issue picker that suggests the usual karigar for each process.
Delivered
Shipped over the air.
Asked
Bring years of stock across from the old system, and keep the registers the team already knows.
Delivered
Legacy stock imported from the old system's Excel, with stone groups and photos. The client's old stock registers rebuilt in the same layout.
When a request is clear, it can reach every screen in your house within hours. Two recent examples.

Each update reaches every client business together, on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
New app icons, phone permissions and new device features go out in planned releases, scheduled with you.

The worries we hear before every rollout, and how we answer them.
Moving our stock across will be a nightmare.
We migrate it with you from your old system's Excel, photos and stone groups included.
Our team is used to our registers.
Paperwork comes out in your format. We can rebuild your old register layouts as part of migration.
Training a whole floor takes too long.
Each role sees only its own screens, so there is far less to learn.
Passwords get shared and forgotten.
Staff sign in with a QR code. Buyers sign in with a one-time code on their phone.
We'd need new hardware everywhere.
Swarnabook runs on the Windows PCs, Macs, phones and tablets you already own.
Our internet drops at shows.
The office and exhibition staff keep working offline and sync when the line comes back.
A jewellery tag is tiny and often curls around the piece. A 304 DPI printer lays down about 12 dots per millimetre, against 8 at 203 DPI, so a small QR code or barcode keeps crisp edges and scans first time. We give advice like this before you buy anything.
Every register, slip and report speaks your trade: karigar, jama, khata, melavni, touch and ghat.
