- Your data, isolated
- Each business has its own isolated database, storage and team. Staff see what their role allows, and buyers see only their own orders.
- Where it is hosted
- Hosted on Appwrite Cloud (Frankfurt, EU), with one isolated database per business.
- On the office PC
- Core business records on the office PC are encrypted at rest.
- AI Studio
- When you use AI Studio, the product photo and your brief are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the image. Nothing is published until you approve it.
- Push notifications
- Push notifications are isolated per business. Alerts go to the devices registered to your business.
- This website
- When you send the consultation form, your details reach our team, including a WhatsApp alert, so we can call you back. We record anonymous visit analytics: the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device type and country. We use no cookies and store no IP address. Nothing personal is kept unless you send the form.
- Your records
- We export your records to Excel, CSV or PDF on request.
