More than fifteen individual permissions
Ticked one by one in a matrix. Sale vouchers, transfers between venues, onboarding customers and customer orders. Editing, scrapping and returning pieces, close-out, stock reconciliation and lookup. A read-only "view all" grant, manufacturing-order grants and three approval grants.

Checked in the cloud as well as on screen
The server rejects unknown roles and unknown permissions.

Scoped access
Exhibition staff see only their assigned venues. Process operators see only their allowed processes. "View all" widens what someone can see and adds nothing to what they can do.

Priya tags pieces in the workshop, so her home shows lots to tag, tag printing and her handovers. Imran works the counter at one assigned show, so he sees sale vouchers, customer orders, transfers and the close-out. Neither sees the other's tiles.

Four eyes on what matters
Pieces converted by floor staff stay hidden from sale until approved. Returns to karigars and suppliers also need approval. Staff can't approve their own requests. Push notifications go both ways: to the approver, and back to the requester.
Staff record, the office posts
Gold, cash or materials handed out on the floor reach the vault and the karigar ledger only when the office posts them.
Every handover recorded
Every piece and lot has a named holder, and handovers are requested and accepted. An owner override is logged. Swarnabook records who created each document, who held each piece and every approval, and every piece has a lookup timeline.
Need-to-know
Customer names are hidden from staff who only issue work. Buyers see only their own orders, and you can block buyers from chosen collections or categories.

Staff m-PIN, stored as a salted hash. Face ID on the Owners Live Portal. Biometrics on the Buyer app.
