Every line fills from the scanned piece: weights, touch, fine, kundan count and materials. A voucher can stay open as an approval memo, with its pieces reserved on memo and still visible in stock while the buyer decides. Complete it when they keep them and the pieces are marked sold. Cancel it and they go back to stock.
