Every order line, traced to the bench and back.
Orders arrive from your buyer app, from staff on the floor and from the office. Each line gets its own decision, goes to a karigar if it needs making, and comes back as a tagged piece reserved for that buyer.
Three ways in. One board.
It does not matter where an order starts. It lands on the same board, with the same lines, and moves through the same stages.
Your buyer app
Trade buyers order from your branded app at their own terms, with voice and photo remarks on any line.
Staff, for a customer
At the counter or the exhibition booth, staff take the order on the customer's behalf, on a phone or tablet.
The office
Phone and WhatsApp orders go straight in at the desk, including custom lines with a reference photo.

Decide each line on its own.
A trade order mixes pieces you already have with pieces you need to make. Swarnabook lets you settle each line separately, and shows its stage on the order at all times.
Allot
Reserve pieces from stock. The line is ready to bill once its pieces cover the quantity.
Hold
Keep a piece aside for the buyer while they decide.
Make new
Send the line to manufacturing with its photo, size, metal and remarks.
Cancel
The buyer has changed their mind. Any piece held for the line goes back to stock.
Release, undo and reinstate are there too, for the days a buyer changes their mind twice.

Pending · voice remark: "slightly lighter than the sample"
A "make new" line comes home as a reserved piece.
The line carries its reference photo, size, metal and remarks onto a manufacturing order, with the usual karigar suggested. When the piece is tagged at jama it stays linked to the line, and once approved it is reserved for that buyer.
Remarks travel with the work
A buyer's remark on an order line is forwarded to the karigar's manufacturing line.
Cancelled orders stop at the door
When a customer order is cancelled, its untouched draft manufacturing orders are cancelled with it, and its lines are held back from issue.
Late work shows early
Overdue work at a karigar appears in the Owners Live Portal's Attention feed, at the threshold you set.
An order form your buyer and your karigar can both read.
Every order prints as a photo-rich PDF: one card per line with the design photo, metal, size, quantity and remarks. Send it to the buyer to confirm, or keep it at the bench.
- Design photo or the buyer's own reference photo on every line
- Metal, purity, size and quantity in one glance
- Remarks typed by the buyer, staff or the office
- House-specific layouts, such as a kundan-grade order form, configured on request
Your production manager runs the backlog from the floor.
Manufacturing orders live in Swarnabook Staff too, on Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows. Three tabs cover the day: Orders, Lines to issue and To make. Issue a few lines through the four-step wizard, or clear the lot with Issue all pending lines.
- Two separate permissions: one to manage orders, one to issue lines
- Customer names appear only for staff who manage orders
- Staff record the issue, and the office posts any gold or materials that went with it
- Every issue is grouped per karigar and metal, the same way as in the office

Before, on and after the show.
Trade shows are where many orders begin. Swarnabook keeps order-taking running when the hall's internet fails, and brings the whole team back to one count at close.
Pack the show onto every device
- The offline pack downloads the venue's stock, customers, designs and photos
- Each pack shows whether it is complete
- Stock goes to the venue on a printed transfer document
Scan to order, online or off
- Orders taken without internet are saved on the device and sent when it reconnects
- The kiosk board shows weights only. Prices stay off the floor screen.
- Each scan lands on the buyer's running order, grouped by collection
Know what sold and what to make
- A demand master in Excel or PDF: one row per piece, with the buyers who picked it
- An Excel list of stock nobody selected
- A team close-out: everyone recounts together before stock goes home
Turn the booth into next month's production plan.
The demand master lists every piece that went to the show, how many buyers picked it and who they were, with the karigar who made it. Export it to Excel or PDF, and pull a separate Excel of the stock nobody selected.
- Repeat the designs buyers fought over, with the karigar who knows them
- Rethink the pieces that travelled and came back untouched
- Close out as a team: the recount happens together, so the count that goes home is agreed
